Order Cancellation

Cancellations are only permitted prior to dispatch. Once an order has entered the shipping phase, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact our support team immediately to request a cancellation.

Return and Refund Eligibility

Due to the consumable nature of nutraceuticals and Ayurvedic supplements, we maintain strict health and safety protocols:

  • Timeline: Products can be returned within 2 days of delivery only if they are unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging.

  • Mandatory Unpacking Video: To process any claim regarding damage or missing items, a continuous unpacking video is required. This video must show the intact seal and the clear condition of the products.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery.

  • Absence of a clear unpacking video.

  • Products with broken safety seals or signs of use.

  • Minor variations in the color or texture of Ayurvedic formulations, which are natural and do not affect product efficacy.

Refund Processing

Once a return is inspected and approved, refunds are initiated within 5 to 7 working days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
